Frozen for freshness. Our fish products are professionally packaged and frozen at their freshest – capturing superior quality, taste, texture and nutritious value every time. Simply enjoy it on your time.

Also, helps to eliminate food waste, easy to store and available in and out of season.

Mi Great Lakes Fish Co. products are delivered frozen and should be placed in a freezer upon arrival.

FRESH-FROZEN FISH: Thaw by placing vacuum pouch under cool water. Allow 35-45 minutes for individual fillets and up to an hour for 1 lb. packages. Once thawed, remove from pouch, rinse with cold water, pat dry and treat just like fresh.

FRESH-FROZEN FISH PATTIES: Do not thaw. Cook from a frozen state.

FRESH-FROZEN CAVIAR: Thaw and store under refrigeration.

SMOKED-FROZEN FISH: Thaw by opening the pouch (releasing the vacuum seal). Thaw and store under refrigeration. 

SMOKED-FROZEN FISH DIP: Thaw and store under refrigeration.

Currently we ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the U.S. With the following exceptions – we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.

Most orders will be packed and ship the next business day. To avoid any delays we will not ship over weekends.

Holidays may impact couriers delivery schedule.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped with tracking information.

Our fish products come pre-packaged and blast frozen. Orders are packed in an eco-friendly insulated box with plenty of dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen.

Our Green Cell Foam Coolers are made with 100% all natural, non-GMO, U.S. grown corn. Coolers are water soluble, compostable, and burnable for safe, simple disposal.

 

Recycle card board and all other appropriate packaging.

Dry ice should be handled very carefully. You should never touch dry ice directly – recommend wearing gloves.

 

To dispose of dry ice: leave in shipping box, place in a well-ventilated area (out of reach by children and animals) and allow it to sublimate away.

Everything we do has you in mind. It is important to us that you have the best experience and enjoy every bite.

If an order arrives not frozen, damaged or you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and allow us the opportunity to make it right by issuing a refund or replacing your order.

We do not accept returns.

NOTE: ANY ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
